Instrumental Capella at “Me and Orchestra” event

On Sunday, 18 October Instrumental Capella orchestra and Honored Artist of Russia Svetlana Stepchenko presented the program for children "Orchestra and Me" at the museum centre "New Jerusalem".

Ms. Violetta (presented by Ms. Stepchenko) along with her partner Wolfie (presented by artist of Moscow Puppet Theatre Yuri Sikorkin), encouraging the children to participate, talked playfully about the role of music in our life, pointing out that no art can make do without music. Music accompanies us at the concert hall, cinema, ballet. In the videos that complemented the concert the presenter spoke about various genres and performers. Ballet dancer Elizaveta Taranda performed "The Russian Dance" from "The Swan Lake".

The performance enabled children to feel like real artists: they were marching, dancing, and conducting. Parents were also rewarded, with fathers engaged in an exciting contest. After the concert young spectators approached musicians, examining their instruments and trying to play them. A lot of parents expressed their gratitude for the fun and beneficial program.
