MRP: first recital in Tchaikovsky Museum

On 12 July the first recital was held as part of Agreement on Cultural Collaboration between Moscow Region Philharmonic and Tchaikovsky Musical Museum in Klin.

The recital titled "Pyotr Tchaikovsky. Miniatures" was presented by award winner of international contests, one of the most celebrated contemporary singers Pavel Baransky (baritone), award winner of international contests, winner of President's scholarship, MRP's soloist Oleg Kalagurov (piano), and Chamber orchestra "Instrumental Capella" (artistic leader and conductor – chief choirmaster of Mariinsky Theatre, Russia's Honored Man of Arts Andrey Petrenko).

The program included piano pieces from the "The Seasons" series, Valse and Reflection from Serenade for Strings, Elegy, Nocturne, Adagio from "The Nutcracker" for piano and orchestra arranged by Oleg Kalagurov, and also well-known romances "It Was in the Early Spring", "Amid the Din of the Ball", "Does the Day Reign", and more.
