Recitals by “Instrumental Capella”

Last weekend Chamber orchestra Instrumental Capella performed a few recitals.

On 15 October the ensemble presented “The Four Seasons” by Antonio Vivaldi and Astor Piazzolla at the Mirror Hall of Mosconcert venue featuring soloist Dmitry Borodin (violin) under the baton of Vyacheslav Valeyev.

On 16 October the orchestra partook in “A Little Daytime Music. Mozart in 3D” at the Chamber Hall of MIHM, the recital held as part of “Classes with Ms. Violet” subscription series. The performance was presented by Honored Artist of Russia, soloist of Moscow Virtuosos orchestra Svetlana Stepchenko (viola, electric violin). The first meeting in the new season introduced youngsters to excerpts from celebrated “A Little Night Music”, Symphony No. 40, and other works by the great Viennese composer amplified by 3D effect.  The event also featured artist of Moscow Puppet Theatre Yuri Sokirkin (playing Wolfie) and artist of Moscow Circus Alyona Slivka with Valdemar the Star, as well as gifted students of children’s music schools.
