Lord of the Rings: Recital at the Kremlin Palace

On 20 April Lord of the Rings, a one-of-a-kind recital created by prominent composer and conductor Howard Shore and director Peter Jackson based on the trilogy by J. R. R. Tolkien, was premiered at the State Kremlin Palace.

The program was featuring MRP's State Choir, Mixed Choir of Popov Choral Art Academy, Boys Choir of Sveshnikov Choral School, and Moscow City Symphony – Russian Philharmonic. The large-scale event brought 250 people onstage all at once.
