"Russian Timbre" and "Guslars of Russia" partake in Teachers' Day celebrations

Last week educational institutions celebrated Teachers' Day, and MRP's ensembles presented recitals as part of festivities.

On 4 October Oktyabr community centre hosted a performance by "Russian Timbre" and soloist Yulia Pilipovich made up of classical, folk, and popular pieces originally arranged by the ensemble's artistic leader, Honored Artist of Russia Vyacheslav Kuzminsky.

On 7 October Provincial Professional College (Serpukhov town) hosted a recital by "Guslars of Russia" featuring renditions of folk songs and tunes, works by contemporary composers, and Russian and foreign classical pieces.
